Nate Lohman
With over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Nate is a dedicated Project Manager known for tackling technically challenging projects with enthusiasm and expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis, Nate began his career as an Industrial Engineer in heavy industry before seamlessly transitioning into project management with top General Contractors in the Bay Area.
Passionate about collaborative teamwork, Nate thrives on the unique challenges each project presents, consistently finding innovative solutions that meet clients’ diverse needs. His approach emphasizes adding value through technical knowledge, efficient timelines, and cost-effective strategies, ensuring successful project outcomes. At Gidel & Kocal Construction, Nate takes pride in being a part of the construction process that helps clients achieve their goals, making each project a rewarding experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys traveling the globe with his family, immersing himself in new cultures, history, and cuisine. Currently, his personal time is filled with activities with his energetic three-year-old daughter, making family adventures a top priority.
