John started out as a carpenter in 1989 and was quickly promoted to the company’s first site superintendent. Over the next 33 years, he began assisting the owners in estimating projects while still running the project on site. In 2009, he advanced to Project Manager and has handled projects ranging from simple tenant improvements, seismic retrofits, site work, ADA upgrades and complete building interior and exterior remodels. He’s also worked in offices, medical offices, labs, and warehouses, and has assisted in several ground up projects over the years with the company. John coordinates with clients to facilitate any needs, from bidding projects, handling submittals and change-orders, setting up and attending weekly meetings to closing out packages and supervising onsite superintendents.
John enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the lake boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, and biking. He also likes listening to music, going to music events, and dancing.
