Jeff joined the Gidel & Kocal team in 2008 as a carpenter, quickly advancing to Project Engineer in 2012 and becoming a Site Superintendent in 2013. His journey through the ranks has equipped him with invaluable tools to effectively manage his job sites. In 2022, he began his journey into project management, officially earning the title of Project Manager in 2024.
Jeff's extensive experience spans tenant improvements, market-ready projects, life sciences sectors, and multi-million-dollar ventures, where he consistently delivers efficient productivity from start to finish. He prioritizes safety on the job site, ensuring that all employees adhere to Gidel & Kocal’s standards, work rules, and client procedures. Motivated by client relations and project satisfaction, Jeff strives to be overly understanding of each client's needs, requests, and requirements, from the initial communication through to project completion.
Outside of work, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys golf, fly fishing, dirt biking, mountain biking, and exploring the great outdoors. He has a keen interest in architecture and timber construction, often engaging in hands-on DIY projects as a fabricator. Jeff cherishes time spent with his family, which includes three dogs, two cats, a horse, and most recently, welcoming his first child.
