Gidel & Kocal has experienced some exciting changes over the last few months! At the beginning of 2021, Ashley Gidel, Lance’s daughter proudly took the title of President, and Lance’s older daughter, Alyssa, took the title of CFO. Following these exciting new changes, Gidel & Kocal has been certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council as a Women’s Business Enterprise. With the construction industry typically being a male-dominated field, Ashley hopes to inspire other women to do what they love, no matter what industry they are in. Lance still works closely with Gidel & Kocal and remains active in the day-to-day management of the company, but Ashely and Alyssa are proud to continue the legacy that he has built for the company. Ashley and Alyssa will continue to go the extra mile to ensure all projects are completed the Gidel and Kocal way.
