The 5th floor suite is destined to be the headquarters of GreatPoint Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in seed-stage and early-stage companies. The project included demolition of existing conditions, as well as the build-out of office spaces, conference rooms, open office, new restrooms with shower, and a breakroom.
