Description:

Complete renovation of the 4-story historic mason temple in Downtown Berkeley. This included creating a market-ready space on the 2nd floor and a tenant improvement build-out on floors 3 and 4. We also updated all the restrooms and common areas throughout.

One of the biggest transformations took place in the grand ballroom. We opened the space back up and brightened the room by replacing the stained glass at the skylight and adding new lighting.
