Description:
The Enterprise project includes demolition of the current standing building and a ground-up for a new car sales office building and a car display lot. The building includes a sales office and a smaller rental office with an open office, private offices, small break room, and storage rooms. The exterior has a canopy for rental car returns and a rear canopy for rental car washing. The new lot includes display parking for 109 cars and 16 visitor/employee stalls.
