With over 20 years of construction experience, Shanit brings a wealth of knowledge and a sharp eye for detail to every project she leads. Her specialties include tenant improvements, healthcare, and education projects sectors where precision, coordination, and care are key to success.
Shanit began her career in 2005 by running her own residential construction and development company. In 2011, she transitioned into commercial construction as a project engineer and quickly rose through the ranks to become a senior project manager. Her journey reflects her strong work ethic, leadership skills, and commitment to continuous growth.
Outside of work, Shanit is a classically trained pianist and a former amateur boxer proof of her versatility and determination. Now a proud wife and mom of two, she balances a busy professional life with a strong and grounded personal one.
