Development of a 10 acre for a new car dealership. Job included working with CalTrans to widen State Hwy 108. Extending city roads, sewer systems, road lighting and storm drain system. This project was a complete design-build. Gidel & Kocal took this project from the planning stages with the city of Modesto, Stanislaus County and CalTrans to complete construction design
