New tenant improvement project in Santa Clara including upgraded restrooms and showers. Installation of new skylights, windows and new glass roll-up door. T.I. included adding a new outdoor amenity area as well as new path of travel from building to new accessible parking. This design was the perfect combination of open office, hard wall conference rooms mixed with modular conference and phone rooms.
